By creating an account, using the service, or purchasing a plan you agree to these terms. If you are using MushirAI on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

MushirAI is an AI-powered business advisory and execution tool. It produces guidance, plans, research summaries, financial models, marketing copy and similar deliverables based on the information you provide.

Outputs are generated by AI models and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are general business information, not legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. You are responsible for verifying anything before you rely on it, and for engaging a qualified professional where your situation requires one.

You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You must not use MushirAI to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or plan unlawful activity;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate any person or business;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service — including malware, probing, automated scraping, or circumventing usage or credit limits;
• generate content that is hateful, harassing, deceptive, or otherwise harmful, or resell the service's outputs as an unmodified competing product.

You are responsible for the prompts and content you submit, for having the rights to any content you upload, and for how you use the outputs. We may remove content, filter or refuse outputs, and restrict accounts to enforce these rules.

We own the service, its software, branding and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use MushirAI within the plan you have selected. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service itself.

You keep ownership of the business information you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate the service for you. Subject to your payment of applicable fees, the deliverables generated for your project are yours to use in your business.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in USD and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes a credit allowance; credits are consumed by conversations and by specialist agent runs. Credit top-ups are one-time purchases.

Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our payment provider. See also the Paddle Buyer Terms and our refund policy (30-day money-back guarantee).

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We work hard to keep MushirAI available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features, models and limits may change as the product evolves.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service or cancel your plan at any time. On termination you may export your projects within a reasonable window, after which data may be deleted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MushirAI is established, and disputes will be handled by the courts there.
